What is your return / exchange policy?

If the product is unused, with original tags/packaging intact, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the order.

How will the refund be processed?

Once SafetyShoeBazaar receives and inspects the returned item, the refund will be processed — usually within 7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

What if I get a wrong or defective product?

You can return or exchange such products under our policy — provided the product is unused and tags/packaging are intact. Customer needs to courier the item back; shipping cost borne by customer unless the product is defective/wrong.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel your order any time before it has been packed in our warehouse, including sale items. Payment made will be refunded to the original payment mode.
